Refund Policy

    If returned in original condition and packaging, refunds will be made in the original payment method used at checkout. PiKiCare does not refund return shipping fees and will only process a refund for the purchase price of the item. Return labels are only provided for orders which are defective. It is customer's responsibility to provide a tracking number once item has been returned. PiKiCare is not responsible if your return got lost intransit, damaged in the delivery process or not delivered to our return address.

    For items purchased from another seller in such Marketplaces, we will not be able to honor and will VOID our warranty because we can't guarantee the condition of other sellers’ dolls. We advise that you contact seller directly to gather more details on their return and refund policy.
